Our services are professional consulting and analysis tools. We do not provide:

× Financial investment advice

× Guaranteed business outcomes

× Legal or regulatory compliance advice

× Accounting or tax preparation services

× Data storage or backup services

× Software licensing or development

× IT infrastructure management

× Medical or health-related analytics

USER.OBLIGATIONS

DATA RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Provide accurate and complete information

▪ Ensure data ownership and legal authority

▪ Maintain data security during transmission

▪ Comply with applicable data protection laws

▪ Backup critical business data independently

USAGE REQUIREMENTS

▪ Use services for legitimate business purposes only

▪ Respect intellectual property rights

▪ Pay all fees according to agreed terms

▪ Maintain confidentiality of access credentials

▪ Report security issues promptly

TECHNICAL VIOLATIONS

× Attempting unauthorized access

PAYMENT.TERMS

PRICING STRUCTURE

Consultation Services LKR 15,000/hour

Dashboard Development From LKR 75,000

Analytics Projects From LKR 125,000

Ongoing Support LKR 25,000/month

Note: All prices subject to project scope and complexity. Custom quotes provided after initial consultation.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

▪ 50% deposit required to commence work

▪ Net 30 days payment terms from invoice

▪ Late payment fees: 2% per month

▪ Currency: Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)

▪ Bank transfer or approved payment methods

LIABILITY.LIMITATIONS

SERVICE DISCLAIMERS

▪ Services provided on "as-is" basis

▪ No guarantee of specific business outcomes

▪ Analysis based on data provided by client

▪ Market conditions may affect results

▪ Professional judgment, not guaranteed predictions

LIABILITY CAPS

▪ Maximum liability limited to project fees paid

▪ No liability for indirect or consequential damages

▪ Client responsible for business decisions

▪ Professional indemnity insurance maintained

▪ Claims must be filed within 12 months

DISPUTE.RESOLUTION

RESOLUTION PROCESS

DIRECT NEGOTIATION

Initial discussion to resolve issues amicably through direct communication and good faith negotiations.

MEDIATION

Formal mediation process with neutral third party if direct negotiation is unsuccessful.

ARBITRATION

Binding arbitration under Sri Lankan law if mediation fails to resolve the dispute.

Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to the laws of Sri Lanka and exclusive jurisdiction of Colombo courts for legal proceedings.

TERMINATION CONDITIONS

TERMINATION BY CLIENT

• 30 days written notice required

• Payment for work completed to date

• Delivery of completed deliverables

• Return of confidential information

• No refund of deposit payments

TERMINATION BY PROVIDER

• Breach of terms and conditions

• Non-payment of agreed fees

• Violation of professional standards

• Illegal or unethical requests

• Immediate termination for cause
